5. Delivery Issues & Delays

We work hard to ensure timely deliveries, but delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • High seasonal demand

  • Incorrect address details

Please allow extra time during peak periods. If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll assist you in locating it.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be refunded minus the shipping fee. A new order must be placed if you wish to have the item sent again.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbours.

  2. Contact your local delivery office.

We will open an investigation with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Pre-Orders or Backorders

For items marked as Pre-Order or Backorder, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. These items will be dispatched once stock arrives. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together unless requested otherwise.

9. Delivery Refusal or Missed Delivery

If you refuse delivery or miss the delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs.
